Campus and community resources for students regarding mental health.
The Columbia College health and Wellness Center offers free mental health counseling to enrolled students. Students may want to make a counseling appointment to receive support, personal guidance, emotional help, connection, or just someone to talk to privately. Emotions such as stress, anger, anxiety, depression, isolation, loneliness, and much more can be overwhelming to handle on your own. To schedule an appointment, call (209) 588-5283 or visit the Student Health and Wellness Center located in the campus Pinyon building.
